Copilot AI Announcement

UX Design

I served Microsft in various capacities. Most recently, I partnered with Edelman to engage with users during Microsoft’s annual flagship event, Microsoft Ignite 2023, the year that Microsoft announced Copilot as well as various other AI tools. My focus was to surprise and delight, engage with hundreds of users and atendees at the event. During this time, I also monitored comments during CEO Satya Nadella’s keynote speech livestream. Those engagement efforts resulted in Microsoft’s products and hashtags to trend on Twitter’s front page.

Prior to that, I worked with Microsoft to engage with the UX design community, sharing information, amplifying blog posts and events.
